Nice job, that was fast!
The statue is called “Beautiful Ignaz,” named after a local eccentric who used to always provide flowers and a tip of the hat to high society ladies walking past. It is one of several cute/quirky statues situated through the Old City – one of my favorite places in Eastern Europe.
